After 16 years of being part of the Monalisa Group, Chef Hector Morales has stood out for his determination to learn and know different techniques and cuisines of the world.
Hector’s interest in gastronomy began at the age of 14 when he helped his mother in the preparation of traditional mexican food such as tamales, pozole, and coricos (typical cookies), which later they began to sell in his homeland.
“I like to create dishes that remind us of when we were children but that now accompany you in adulthood; contemporary and exquisite proposals, made with fresh and high-quality products, where you can exalt the real flavors of each ingredient”, shares chef Héctor Morales.
